What the Lord continues to teach through His Spiritual body the church. First He did and then taught. Jesus preached what He already practised. After a life of obedience He taught. The Lord
Jesus operated by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus spoke about the Kingdom of God. John the Baptist: The Kingdom of God is at hand 1:4,5,8. Not to leave Jerusalem but first endued with Power.
Their minds were set on earthly things. Israel ruling the world. The Lord did not say that there would never be a time. That time is going to come when He returns. It is not for you to know the time. What we need is power (Luk.11:13). We have plenty of knowledge.
1:8. The last words of the Lord Jesus before leaving this earth.
1:11. He will come in the same way. Openly and clearly.
1:12. It will be on the mount of olives where Jesus will come back.
1:14. The brothers and Mary (Joh.7:5 wanted the baptism in the H.S.
1:15. They were of one mind. They continually devoted in prayer.
Judas committed suicide and a field (akeldama) Ps.69:26;109:8.
Last time that the lot was mentioned. The right number again. Acts.2 The New Covenant is coming in. The Lord gave the apostles freedom. Some actions of the apostles were correct and some incorrect. The doctrine should not come from the Book of Acts.

2:1. They were baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit.
1:8. Today it is not necessairy that the other things take place.
They waited for the power, not tongues or rushing wind (1 Kor 14:5)
Our doctrine should be found on the teaching from 1:8; 1 Kor.12:13.
They were all baptised with the Holy Spirit (Luk.24:50-53).

The last days started on the day of Pentecost. The end of the New Covenant age (20). Great calamity.
Jesus will come! All who call on the Name of the Lord will be delivered.
